Have fun, it will make you happy

Have fun, your life for the most part is the complete opposite

Have fun, it is an escape, one that doesn’t bare certain consequences

Have fun, you deserve it

Have fun, it makes you a better you, and a better you makes everyone else better

Have fun, it makes life less serious

I am not talking about that adult fun, go out to a restaurant and bar type of fun. No, not that. Have the sort of fun that leaves your eyes dilated, pores exposed and your shirt looking like you forgot your umbrella. The fun you had when you were a kid when you were naive and would get lost playing with sticks for six hours straight and still get mad for being told to go back into the house.

The things you loved doing before your body looked like it fell into chemical X.Kick, throw, catch, run, jump, and all those other verbs. Just pick any one of your youthful passions, be it a sport or just moving your body in unusual ways(dancing). The benefits are more than you would think.

It makes us more present, in the here, now. Not the later that we are constantly daydreaming about. You can’t daydream on a skateboard.

The fun helps not only our physical health but also our mental and emotional health as well. We become more creative and engaged. It makes us better. Every time we choose to have fun we become better physically and emotionally. And remember when you get better everyone else’s lives around also reaps the benefits.
