How to view life in 2019

I used to think that. our lives moved with time in this linear relation. An on going relation from beginning to end. But lately that understanding has changed, our lives are in more of pockets of periods of time each having an ending and a beginning. Some are long, some are short but non are definite.

The value in knowing this is that nothing is permanent and that we are in a constant change or transition if you may call it. This means if you going through a good spell of events at any one moment they may end and you transition to another, this applies vice versa meaning the downs no matter how bad they are will pass and subside to allow for a new term or pocket.

Things Get Worse

You maybe thinking to yourself in other cases things may go from bad to worse. And that is true, we may move from a situation where things are bad to extremely worse but having the idea that it is going to end or pass gives one strength to endure.

There is a difficulty comes when realizing that the pocket has changed therefore we should act accordingly but we find ourselves still in the old on the new. This prevents us from syncing with what’s around us and makes us out of tune.

The Bible uses this in terms of seasons which are 4 but if you just glance at the seasons they are 4 but look closer and you can see each season has different stages within it. In old Chinese language the seasons were broken up to almost 16 seasons.

Tell me more

But this idea of pockets doesn’t just apply to good and bad things happening. It goes into all other aspects for example there is a time you need to work extremely hard 25/7 if there is a thing like that but that pocket will pass and it will be up to you to readjust and notice this change. To extend even further we have pockets in our relationships and every business also.

We are under constant change and so are the things happening to us and around us. Being aware of these things is very vital to understanding ones life and circumstances. It also provides the peace of knowing that all things come to an end and that we should cherish each moment knowing this.

Thank you

Thank you for reading to the end, hope this helps in whatever pocket you in and have a wonderful 2019
